Policy

• A non refundable and transferable $50 deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 

 
I strive to ensure every client leaves my chair feeling confident and satisfied with their service. Please note that once the service is completed and you leave the salon, I am no longer responsible for any changes or outcomes related to your hair.

To address any concerns, I encourage clients to communicate them during the appointment so adjustments can be made before leaving. Thank you for understanding and trusting me with your hair care needs!

SALON RULES

• NO KIDS OR EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment, after 10 minutes late a $20 late fee will apply, after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
• If your appointment is at 5pm (for example) please wait until 5pm to come in, I will not take an appointments no earlier than 5 minutes!! 
• Hair needs to be washed and blow dried.
• CASH ONLY AT APPOINTMENT.. $4 charge for electric payments.
• NO LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS
• NO LAST MINUTE STYLE CHANGE
• Appointments must ne booked 3 days ahead of time
• You may only reschedule your appointment once after the second reschedule your appointment will be canceled. if you would like to keep your second reschedule you must pay remaining balance (non refundable) if failed to do so you have no appointment!!!
